Not a medical device. Agara Ring does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Readings are estimates from an optical sensor and can be affected by fit, movement and skin. Talk to a doctor about your health, and call emergency services if you think you need urgent care.

1. Agreement

By installing or using the Agara Ring app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app connects to your Agara Ring over Bluetooth, shows the data it records and helps you understand sleep, heart, activity and recovery trends. It is provided for general wellness and fitness purposes only.

3. Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and do not try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse it or the ring.
Do not rely on the app for medical decisions, emergencies or treatment.
You are responsible for your phone's security and for backing up exports you want to keep.

4. Ownership and open-source

The Agara name, logo and app design belong to Agara Life LLC. The app includes open-source components used under their licences; credits are listed in the app under Settings › About.

5. No warranty

The app and its estimates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that readings are accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agara Life LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app's readings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and ending

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
