Please include your phone model, app version (Settings › About) and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords or payment details.

Common questions

My ring won't pair

• Turn Bluetooth on and keep the ring within a metre of the phone.
• Charge the ring, then place it on the charger and take it off again to wake it.
• Make sure the ring isn't connected to another phone or tablet — a ring connects to one device at a time.
• On Android, allow "Nearby devices"; on iPhone/iPad, allow Bluetooth for Agara Ring.

My data looks incomplete

Open the app and pull down to sync. The ring keeps about three days of history, so sync at least every few days.

Are the readings medical-grade?

No. Agara Ring is a wellness product. Readings are estimates, not medical advice.
